    A good and interesting read indeed. USP for analytic software is the promise to convert data to “insights”. But do these insights add any immediate value to their business? Businesses don’t invest in analytics software because they want insights. And what about those businesses who do not have the bandwidth to invest in software tools and the recurring license costs?

    There are companies that offer social media analytics solutions or social media intelligence, and save businesses from spending hefty dollars. Their data and analytics solutions enhance operational efficiency and productivity of their clients for next generation staffing needs & profitability.
