I think you can add a couple more though. The first one that we use a lot is Formaloo (formaloo.com/), which is both free and doesn’t charge you based on the usage, which is great for us as an agency.
They also have great mobile apps and they’re GDPR & HIPAA compliant and as our clients are based in Europe, this is a must for us.
Their forms are so beautiful & modern, especially for viewing on mobile devices.
The second one is airtable forms (airtable.com/) which is great if you’re working in Airtable with your team.
