Form Tools

Form Tools is a powerful, free, flexible, and open source form builder program that a user can install on a website to manage their data and forms. Form Tools allows users to house their forms, create forms that are private for use by certain users, and creating of forms direct from a website without having knowledge in programming. Form Tools provide a broad range of functionality along with optional modules that enable users to design the requirements of installation of their projects. Form Tools supports creation of many accounts and controlling of read and write privileges. Some of the modules offered by Form Tools include arbitrary settings, a form builder, a report builder, a client audit, a blank form, core field types, custom fields, visualization of data, database integrity, and an export manager. The database integrity module helps users to check the integrity of their form tools database. The export manager facilitates controlling of the ways in which form submissions occur, viewed, and downloaded in bulk. The export manager allows using of formats such as CSV, HTML, and XML or allow creating and customizing the data to be exported in any format required. The data visualization feature allows visualizing of for submissions though area charts, line charts. Pie charts, bar charts, and column charts. The custom field module offers the ability of constructing field types for use in forms. The core field type module contains all the default field types such as input fie3lds, dropdowns, phone number fields, text areas, and checkboxes.
