There are tons of customizable themes to choose from to go along with your logo and the form generally. Chose any from the beautiful selections and do your survey in style. The questions options vary from linear scale, to drop down as well as multiple questions, all at your disposal to choose one, or all that suit your survey or forms. Skip logic option is also made available to the respondents, if needed.
The ability to add descriptive video as well as add images pertinent to your survey or form makes Google forms eminent in this field. The forms created are responsive to any device and can be edited in any format, eliminating some limitations such as inability of respondents to access the survey or form from any device or media.
