Teamdeck is a web-based, integrated resource scheduling and time tracking tool which provides scheduling and time tracker system for better team management and shows users the spare time of their team so users can assign the current project in correct proportion by looking at the transparent calendar.

Teamdeck offers features such as Increase team visibility, manage work schedule and measure billable and nonbillable time, Podio, Slack, Asana, Trello, and Jira integration, knowledgebase, email support, and phone support, employee database, offline time tracking, online time tracking, overtime calculation, time per project reporting and vacation / leave tracking. Teamdeck has a one click request management which helps the user to handle pending requests and revert within the app and is a completely useful platform for the user’s business resources.

Teamdeck not only offers an export schedule data as per the date but also quickly manage requests through a notification center. Teamdeck has a calendar grid that allows users to see who among the team members are busy working on projects and who has time to take on new tasks and enables the company to work with remote or part-time staff.

Teamdeck also has a dashboard which provides real-time information about people working on projects where business owners can easily see whenever under or overutilization happens, and make changes accordingly. Users can even manage requests from team members and employees can send requests such as day-off or availability to their managers directly from the dashboard. Teamdeck also has a time tracker that can be downloaded from the dashboard which automatically translates time entries into timesheets.
