Aptivo is a cloud solution that supports different business functions including : CRM, Procurement functions, Field Service Tracking, Web Help Desk, Project Management and Order Management. It allows mobile access to some core components like its CRM, invoicing and work orders, and can be integrated with various Google apps to centralize information on contacts, e-mails, calendars, tasks and other Google features used.

Aptivo’s CRM Function provides an organized view of the sales pipeline, conversions, web leads and other information the company would like to capture which can be customized into its form and report. Its Project Management component provides an interactive Gant Chart that takes into account task dependencies and scheduling to ensure accuracy in project planning and timelines. It also provides ready templates for project management as well as templates for timekeeping. The feature is connected to its Invoicing feature by allowing users to input the billing model for the project.

Its Invoice App is then able to generate an invoice as provided through the project management app and provides additional features to support invoicing like: online payment channels, setting recurring bills, pdf templates for invoicing forms and invoice reports.

Aptivo supports Field Service by management by providing a dispatch calendar which is also connected to its invoice component. The feature also allows the customers to accept or decline the work order including a comment section for whenever they reject a work order.

Aptivo automates parts of the procurement process allowing mobile capture of receipts, integration with Bank Accounts and Credit Cards, customizable levels of approval workflow, a provided automated ledger and customizable accounting rules and reporting of tracked reimbursements in the system. Aptivo also automates processes of the Help Desk team through automated e-mail response based on defined cases, follow-ups for Service Level Agreements and a Ticketing system to ensure customer cases are tracked accurately and addressed.

    Apptivo is a simple online CRM system that allows the user to store contacts, reminders, files, and communication history. The solution also allows the user to manage their sales pipeline, stay on top of employee activities, and close more deals. Moreover the solution offers graphic dashboard for a quick overview of all opportunities
