Its module for performance evaluations supports 3600 feedback, supports paperless evaluations through its online forms, and allows the HR team to customize evaluation tools supporting supervisors in the task of performance evaluation. Meanwhile, CangarooHR’s other product: CangarooChrono, is a software specific for timekeeping to assist with a more accurate payroll process.
