Calamari is a people management solution which helps in time off tracking and attendance management and contains two modules such as leave management and clock in / clock out. Calamari leave management offers features such as absence calendars, automated entitlement, approval flows, any kind of absence, attachments, conversations, remote team, requests history, roles and privileges and integrations with G Suite, Office 365, Slack, Asana, Jira, Tempo Planner, Toggl, Basecamp and API. Calamari clock in / clock out offers features such as time and attendance with iBeacons, convenient timesheet tracker, worktime and breaks, automated time tracking, manual timesheet correction, approval flows, abuses notifications and punch clock with GPS.
Calamari leave management handles all calculations of an absence allowance according to users PTO policy where the entitlement can be accrued and prorated based on hire date or other employee's properties. Calamari automates all notifications and a leave request approval process and has a flexible multilevel approval process which can reflect users’ company structure.
Calamari lets employees attach medical certificates and other required documents to absence requests where managers and HR department have immediate access to all data in one place. Calamari’s access to employee time-off data can be restricted to according to the users’ needs where Calamari can also deal with world-spread companies, so the data is not shared between locations. Calamari offers many ways to clock in including Web browser, Mobile application, iBeacon, QR codes, Slack, Toggl and API. Calamari’s convenient timesheet tracker offers features such as employee time tracking, timesheets, manual time entries and approval flow.
