You can create new fields, define you own lists, choose form layouts, build your own email templates, design the perfect career site, and implement your own reports and workflows. Altamira HR automatically matches candidates to job requirements and ranks them according to the criteria you specify making it easy to track down the best candidates. Altamira HR assists recruiters in keeping line managers directly involved through emails and by keeping track of their evaluation and comments. Altamira HR provides integration with social networks widening the sourcing potential. Altamira Employees module features an employee database and document storage and management capability.

You can create your own CV database that gives you full-text searching making it easy to classify and find CVs. It also generates organizational charts automatically and enables managers and employees to access information and reports they need in a self-service environment. Altamira Learning management system handles the training process in a simple self-service approach helping managers to easily communicate training details to employees. Employees can browse available training opportunities and managers can approve or reject enrollment requests all within a single platform.

Altamira performance management software allows you to recreate and customize evaluation processes and templates of your choice. It helps you to discover and fill skill gaps, and automatically notify participants of their turns for performance appraisal.
