Jorani

Jorani is a leave management system developed in PHP/MySQL for small organizations which provides simple leave and overtime request workflows. Jorani provides features such as leave request approval workflow, overtime request approval workflow, leave balance report, carried over leaves report (filtered by department), describe the user’s organization with a tree view and attach employees to entities, define a supervisor per entity., export to XLSX (Excel, LibreOffice) in a click (almost all pages of the application), notifications by e-mail (requested, accepted, rejected and new user), non working days (weekends and day offs) can be defined on a contract, automatically calculates the duration of a leave, multiple contracts, multiple countries, LDAP authentication (simple and complex schemes), multiple calendar views, easy to use, user management.

Jorani concise REST API fully documented and examples with PHP clients, delegation, CalDAV / ICS Feeds, Comprehensive online documentation (French and English), Monthly presence report, HR users can edit any leave or overtime request, Set user’s own contracts and leave types, OAuth2 Authentication (only Google+) and available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Persian, Khmer, Vietnamese, Czech, and Turkish.

Every employees must be added to Jorani and be linked to a line manager who will be in charge in each request by automatically receiving a message where the manager can opt to accept or reject a proposed leave of absence. Jorani also supports overtime registry. Jorani has a dashboard which supports adding sub departments, branches, foreign branches and teams where Jorani lets these groups export dates, calendar view and leaves which are only shown in a specific part of the organization.
