Plotly is an online data analytics and visualization which provides online graphing, analytics, and statistics tools and scientific graphing libraries like Python, R, MATLAB, Perl, Julia, Arduino, and REST for individuals and collaboration. Plotly offers features such as create up to 50 private files, collaborate on graphs without relying on e-mail, Interactive charts and variety of data visualizations to choose from, Charts can be exported to multiple formats including EPS, SVG and PDF and No installation required.

Plotly lets users create their graph with just a matter of loading in their information and customizing the traces, layout, axes, notes and legend where the charts and graph types are at their disposal and are very professional-looking so it is a perfect solution for business and analytical presentations. Plotly also has an agile BI platform which lets users create and share Data Sets, D3.js Dashboards, D3.js Charts, SQL Queries, Slide Decks and Jupyter Notebooks.

Plotly's open-source, interactive charting libraries for R, Python, and JavaScript works entirely offline in IDEs like RStudio or Jupyter notebook where users can optionally host their work on Plotly Cloud or Plotly On-Premise, with hosting Plotly charts online allows developers and data scientists to collaborate effortlessly with analysts who do not code.

Plotly has a graphical user interface for importing and analyzing data into a grid and using stats tools where graphs can be embedded or downloaded and mainly used to make creating graphs faster and more efficient. Users can also upload Excel sheets to Plotly to build best-practice charts, reports and dashboards.
