Blueconic features advertising, customer data / CRM, DMP and email. BlueConic is designed to be controlled by marketers so BlueConic designed the UI to provide an intuitive point, drag, and click interface that doesn’t require advanced knowledge like SQL for segmentation.

In addition, the platform features intuitive in-context dialogue creation and editing (inline, WYSIWYG and HTML) to manipulate any HTML-based channel without a developer or the need to know code. BlueConic synchronizes the user’s customer data across the user’s marketing technology stack. The users can collect rich first party data and integrate the user’s ad tech solutions with BlueConic to improve ad metrics and reduce costs. The users can use BlueConic to connect the user’s CRM solution to and from other tools in the user’s marketing ecosystem.

BlueConic also lets the users build look-alike segments in the user’s DMP based on unique first party data collected in BlueConic. BlueConic also lets the users collect behavioral data from web and mobile channels to pass to the user’s ESP for individualized messaging based on real-time user engagement. BlueConic also lets the users unify data across web and mobile platforms to produce high-relevancy experiences across channels. BlueConic’s recommendation engine and predictive analytics utilize Apache Spark’s machine learning to deliver 1:1 interactions to the user’s customers.
