Time & Attendance provides a powerful, accurate, and easy way to manage employee time off within People-Trak HR software. By providing an unlimited number of user-defined attendance accounts with multiple accrual levels, Time & Attendance enables HR professionals to fully customize the system to match their company's specific time tracking needs. Benefits Administration is a comprehensive way to track benefits for a company. It provides an unlimited number of user-defined benefit accounts with different plans and rate levels.
It also provides basic and advanced eligibility tracking. Compensation Management tracks Job & Salary history. It stores dates, rates, locations, divisions, departments, and salary grades; computes and stores compensation ratios, percent-of-range, change amounts, and change percent’s and computes and stores pay period equivalents for a wide range of pay frequencies for each employee within the HR system. Safety Management provides for detailed accident/incident reporting.
This allows the business to produce all the government compliance reports and documents the user needs. Safety Management also tracks workers compensation details, including costs for rehabilitation, liability, medical, and more. In addition, there are many reports included that helps schedule training, pinpoint problem areas, control costs, and take corrective actions.
