APS is an HR Solutions software that integrates modules for workforce management, core HR Tasks, Payroll, Attendance and Recruitment into set solutions. Buyers have the option to choose between 3 solution sets to fit their needs. The APS Solutions automates data management, reporting and approval workflows for core HR, Payroll and Attendance functions. It tracks, keeps and allows easier updating of employee data from recruitment to retirement or resignation. It can produce comprehensive reports on: employee demographic, payroll, timekeeping and attendance, asset tracking, performance tracking, event tracking, and other customizable HR reports. Its payroll module also includes a Tax Filing feature and support paperless completion of the payroll process.

APS also supports workforce management and scheduling which is integrated to the payroll and timekeeping module ensuring a seamless process for payroll processing. It has module for ACA (Affordable Care Act) which provides easily accessible Tax, IRS and other legislative forms for easy completion, approval and filing. It also features e-filing of IRS forms.

Data from which is also consolidated into the program’s centralized data bank for a security, visibility and easy reporting. APS implementation allows for effective transitions and integrations with customized training and deployment plans. They also assign dedicated support teams and an account manager to their customers to ensure full support throughout deployment, integration and life use.

APS data security controls have passed SSAE 16 SOC 1 audit requirements, and transmit data with encryption 256-bit SSL extended certificate and an HTTPS layer. The application exceeds 6-sigma compliance with a close to perfect output of 0.0000034%. Admin users are able to define access levels and controls of other users and access is granted through a 2-factor authentication process.The APS software can be integrated with varied accounting, exports, sales, payment, retirement plans and timekeeping programs, which allow transmission of data coming from external systems into its own centralized database easily.
