Raynet is a cloud-based CRM solution designed to streamline daily tasks, track sales activity, and consolidate information and data for small and midsize businesses. The app features a contacts and lead management tool, interaction tracking and calendar, deal management, data organization, smartphone integration and email tracking. The contact management function allows users to store customer data in one place with a customizable accounts/contact list and a sort and filter system to simplify searches, with the option to export contacts and add tags.

The Raynet calendar is accessible using various apps and mobile devices with diary management, a tracking system to check team statuses, and a drag and drop mechanism to move activities around. The solution also offers a tool to track deals, customize deal stages to match sales processes, create quotes and orders, manage products and prices, attach files and share information with team members.

The e-mail tracking structure can be integrated with numerous mail systems such as Outlook, Gmail Yahoo and Thunderbird, with the capacity to copy outgoing and incoming e-mails. Users can view attachments such as text documents, tables, pictures and presentations without having to download files.

The software manages data security through Amazon Web Services which is a system that is fully encrypted and backed up every day, with access rights and and SSL secure connections. Raynet is linked to REST API For Developers, allowing users to automatically send data from the web, order system, accounts, ERP and other applications. The cloud-based app is user-friendly with the ability to boost and manage business from anywhere in the World.
