Rakuna App: The mobile app, available on iOS and Android, allows for Instant Candidate Resume Capture and recruiters to be 100% engaged with candidates while collecting required information at fingertips. The app also features round-the-clock online and offline support.
Rakuna Dashboard: With Recruit Dashboard, recruiters and talent acquisition leaders can dive deep into metrics reports, design evaluation forms, collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team, and customize automated follow-up emails to send to candidates for better candidate relationship management.
Event Management: Event Management helps recruiting teams stay connected and makes candidates follow-up centralized all in one place, thus simplifying the campus and event recruiting management. Recruiters and managers can easily review event data, staff duties, candidate evaluation, and more.
Interview Management: Interview Management is Rakuna’s newest addition to the product suite. With forms created upfront, I can both talk with candidates and take note of them. With the Dashboard, I can search and filter candidates in the system and connect with candidates using email templates customized then get an overview with metrics reports.
