The features ensure seamless workflow in lead capture, research, feedback, audit and inspection.
Lead capture has been made simple through the highly efficient tools. Branding and personalization enables you to keep your survey unique by giving you the power to customize the survey by adding logo and using unlimited themes options.
The auto-email reply allows you to send a pre-configured email to your customers upon completion of survey. Any action needed thereafter by the customer can be communicated or even a simple thank you. The kiosk mode retools your tablet into a data collection device, helping you access data from the device.
Loss of data when internet is lost has been eliminated as QuickTapSurvey is enabled to work offline, saving the data until internet connection resumes. The score surveys automatically analyze and give score to the response given according to value, lifting off the burden of results analysis.
