The software is available for PC, Mac, Android, and iOS, which runs in your standard web-browser providing a collaborative space where an unlimited number of users can brainstorm in real-time with no installation or plugins, required. Create, edit and share professional graphical mind maps, whether it be for business or educational purposes.
When using the tool for business projects MindMeister transforms your maps giving presentations a special edge with the ability to publish or embed them on a website or blog. Whether you’re a freelancer, a startup or a multinational enterprise, the software will advance delivery for your end vision of projects. Alternatively, mind mapping can be used for educational exercises enabling students to save time whether writing a paper or working on a group project.
Groups of students or whole classrooms can work from home, school or on the go whist linking their classroom and homework activities. Customize maps with a variation of templates from the MindMeister library with a choice of different colors, styles, formatting or design from scratch. Incorporate icons, notes, links images or videos to your maps using MindMeister WunderTools with ease. Attachments can be uploaded directly from numerous platforms including Google Drive and Dropbox.
The History Mode allows users to play back progression of any project highlighting input from all contributors, with the option to start again with the previous version if something goes wrong. MindMeister exports your maps into a diverse range of formats such as PNG, PDF and Word whilst importing from plain text and other mind mapping software files. Publish and embed finished mind maps to the web on either websites or blogs and share using your social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter. Public maps are posted to the extensive mind map library.
