Insightly is a web-based customer relationship and project management solution for small to medium sized businesses. Insightly is designed to keep all the information needed to run a business in one place, accessible and searchable by all employees, wherever they are in the world.

Its CRM tool has features for lead management, contact management, calendaring and events, file sharing, linking (direct relationships between contacts, organizations, opportunities, projects) and many more. See everything from background, email history, events, projects or opportunities.

With the project overview screen you can see the recent activity on any project, and track project performance against milestones over time. You can create opportunities to define the value of the business, manage pipelines and associated activity sets, opportunity funnel stages and categories, probability of winning, and forecast close dates.

Insightly’s reporting functionality includes nine reports centered around sales opportunities and one around completed activities (tasks and events). Use the reports to find out key business information including – the number of opportunities created by each sales person, which of your sales people closed the most opportunities in the last month, the main reasons for losing business, which clients contribute most to your revenue, which user completed the most tasks.

Integration with email, Box, Dropbox, Evernote, Google Apps, MailChimp, Outlook 2013/Office 365 Business Edition, QuickBooks Online, QuoteRoller, Torpio, Zapier, and more. Insightly provides easy access to a REST API for custom integration. Insightly also allows social media integration and detect every social media profile related to the email address.

Insightly mobile app supports iPhone and Android phones and popular tablets.
