Flowmingo is an easy to use business process management application with drag and drop workflow designer for business processes creation and a fast and intuitive web interface to optimize the user’s productivity. Flowmingo offers features such as process modeling and design, process change tracking, process capture, collaboration, business rules management, workflow designer, workflow and task status, user dashboards, reporting and metrics, share comments and documents, audit trails, flexibility to scheduling workflows and Flowmingo data forms.
Flowmingo allows users to change the name of a workflow at launch time which allows users to associate a particular workflow to a client or specific event and also schedule the launching of a workflow so that it starts or ends on a particular day in the future.
Flowmingo’s workflow and task listings give users an overview of how close each workflows or tasks are to completion where the users can then drill down into any workflow for more details. Flowmingo lets the user’s team share details in every step by attaching files and comments to workflows and tasks to easily coordinate the teams’ efforts with dashboards that allow users to keep track of a workflow’s progress.
Flowmingo also lets users reassign all the user's current tasks to a different user by using the Out Of Office feature. Flowmingo also has an intuitive, drag and drop form builder with simple and clear controls which uses text and text area inputs, radio buttons, check boxes, drop downs and date pickers for the user’s data collection needs.
