There are three categories of Amira software: Amira for Life Sciences, Amira for Cell Biology, and Amira for Neuroscience. With Amira for Life Sciences, you can transform images to understanding, import and process any 2D/3D image data, explore and perform visual analytics on 3D data; analyze, understand, and extract advanced statistical and geometrical information, and create high quality presentations.
With Amira for Cell Biology, you can analyze data from various systems and modalities to understand living cells and their processes. It allows researchers to execute specified segmentation workflows on intra- and intercellular images and utilize powerful automated object tracking solution.
