smartQ is a task managing up that visualizes the project taskboard and is customizable for any workflow. Its interface provides 3 tabs for you to manage the project: Board View, List View, Reports and Settings.
It also provides a button to get a view of contacts, the project dashboard and a search box to query projects. The Board View provides a complete view of tasks, owners and progress of work organized according to status: assigned, submitted, work started, approved.
Tasks are created through tickets and each ticket can be organized through customizable tags, color codes whith visible information on owner, task details and files, and deadlines. Communication and exchanged messages related to each task is also done through each ticket. Tickets are created through the smartQ form or through e-mail.
Reminders are also created alongside each ticket for task follow-through. Fields and workflows for each ticket are customizable to fit the project needs. Files can be shared with the team as attachments to these tickets and posted to the whiteboard visible and accessible to all team members. Project/task workflows are easily re-ordered and set via drag and drop and limits to tickets per stage can also be set by the project manager through the workflow designer module.
A list view of active, archived and assigned tickets are easily visible and filtered through the List View tab. Team roles for the project can be customized and defined as well as access levels and security for each role. The Reports Tab provides access to projects performance reports that can be filtered by dates and members, a graphical view of task dependencies and bottlenecks as well as a table of view of tickets/tasks. All collected ticket details can also be exported to excel/CSV allowing users to create their custom reports as well.
