Simpplr is a built-on-Salesforce, delightful social intranet app that boosts internal communication, knowledge management and awesome culture inside enterprises.
It is pre-integrated with Workday, Okta, Box, Onelogin, and Viduard, ensuring enterprise-grade security and reliability. It has four main objectives: connect, communicate, organize and manage. Regarding the first objective, it includes an employee directory that makes it simple to find people quickly by name, expertise, department, location or reporting structure; an activity feed, which keeps track of everyone’s current projects, files, topics, or activities; and personal profile pages that display the areas of expertise, biographies, activities and social connections of each worker. Then, to increase communication, it has different Human Resources management techniques.
There is a page for company news where employees can subscribe to whatever is important to them, en events calendar to socialize upcoming events, employee blogs that allow workers to share ideas and experiences, photo and video albums that keep alive company events and conferences, a newsletter that help communicate milestones, customer testimonials and survey results, and a global search bar that gives quick access to everything, anywhere, anytime. Moreover, organization is targeted through its sites, pages, files and albums.
Sites do not require tech abilities to be created and are fully customizable, pages are pre-formatted, files are shared between various services, and albums are easily assembled, by dragging and dropping content on them. Finally, it is easy and effective to manage information inside the app.
It is built in CMS (Content Management System), which eliminates possibility of mistakes; has SSO (Single Sign-On), which integrates industry-standard identity and access management platforms; allows brand editor, customizable display options; and reports through the analytic dashboard, giving insight into what can be act on.
