SimpleBook.me provides clients an excellent platform for booking appointments according to their schedule. The clients will also be able to receive SMS/email reminders, pay for the service upon booking if required as well as choosing their preferred consultant and location. SimpleBook.me provides several features on scheduling and admin and statistics. In scheduling, some of the features include booking website, calendar sync, customization integrations and email and SMS reminders.
SimpleBook.me provides the booking website feature that consists of other several components. The design customization feature enables you to insert your own logo, add photos of staff and services, adjust colors to match your brand colors, insert your own background image, and choose how your booking slots are presented.
The email and SMS reminders enable the system to send automatic notifications. The email and SMS reminders provides an excellent platform for cancellation of notifications, booking confirmations, placing of appointment reminders, notifications rescheduling, and sending of feedback requests to clients after completion of the service.
