FusePLM helps engineering companies release products to market faster, by streamlining their parts, Bill-of-Materials, documents and change management process.
FusePLMs intuitive interface, easy-to-configure Kanban workflows and AI-enabled chatbot, PLMBot, are designed to reduce the learning curve and slash setup/training costs. It is on a mission to make PLMs simple and affordable. FusePLM is built on REST (Representational State Transfer) APIs. This allows the user to perform “RESTful” operations like read, modify, add or delete data from their external systems. FusePLM can import BOM, parts lists, manufacturer and supplier lists in csv/xls/xslx formats. FusePLM is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure which puts strong safeguards in place to protect customer privacy. All data is stored in highly secure AWS data centers.
The user can export BOM tables, parts and document lists, manufacturer and supplier lists into csv or pdf formats. There is no limit on the number of boards, lists, cards, parts, BOMs you can create in the trial version. The user can find documents quickly using FusePLM’s powerful search.
The user can release document objects using Kanban workflows, share link with external partners to download documents, without giving them access to their database and maintain an audit trail of changes to document objects. The user can drag and drop ECR/ECO/ECN cards to change their state in the workflow, get notified of actions to change orders and get a visual understanding of the bottlenecks in their workflow.
The user can use the Impact Visualizer to understand impact of change and reduce time to close change orders. The user can perform where-used analysis to identify products impacted by change requests. Visual comparison of BOM revisions help to quickly understand scope of change through ECOs.
