It offers tangible and practical skills relevant to project management. Specifically, the program helps develop the skills students need for leadership of project focused activities in an organizational setting. This includes building a project portfolio based on organizational strategy, and then developing and managing the planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to ensure that project execution is successful in every scope. In addition, the curriculum also covers integration of multiple projects with other stakeholders as well as negotiation, communication, and managing work across culturally diverse distributed teams. In general, the program features robust course offerings that not only cover typical project management fundamentals but which also provide actionable insights for real-world problems.

The Master of Science in Project Management is offered both on campus and online so you can choose the option that best suits your schedule and location. On campus delivery gives students the advantage of networking with classmates and engaging with instructors on a face to face basis. Online delivery is offered through a virtual classroom where students can log-in to check assignments, discussion topics and video. Students collaborate and discuss topics with one another on a Portal, within this virtual classroom and on a system called Blackboard. The program also helps you work toward your PMP Certification as courses in the program count as PMP continuing education credits.
