ChatBeacon is a website chat software which gives the user’s business, the tools to succeed. ChatBeacon offers its main features such as mobile chat window, unified chat channels, firmographics, SMS chat, AI chatbot integration and streamlined agent application.
ChatBeacon’s chat overflow feature transfers any unanswered chat to another department automatically if the agents in the first department did not answer in the allotted time, and will continue to do so until the chat is answered. ChatBeacon’s agent aliases feature can set a custom Agent name that differs from their active directory username, or their login name where these Agent Aliases will be visible in the visitor chat, while both Alias name and Login name will be visible to all Agents.
ChatBeacon’s enhanced visitor panel feature monitors the user’s website(s) traffic in real-time and see where the visitors are going on the user’s website. ChatBeacon’s spell-checker feature will underline the misspelled words, so the agent can right click on the word and choose the correct spelling.
ChatBeacon’s peek messaging (spy) feature allows agents to get a head start on their answers while in chat by letting them view each and every character that the visitor types in real-time before it is actually sent so agents can prepare responses as visitors' type, which saves valuable time.
ChatBeacon’s chat notes and chat keywords tagging feature has actually three different functions: first, it allows agents to write "wrap-up" notes/comments regarding their chats. Second, these “chat” notes can be keyword “tagged” for easy search later on via the Agent Application (found under Historical Chat History). Third, Agents can write notes and tags regarding visitors even if they haven't chatted.
