The program curriculum is consistent with PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Brandeis University’s Master of Science in Project and Program Management comprises ten courses, which make a total of 30 credit hours. These courses include seven required courses and three electives. Courses are ten weeks long and there are four entry points per year. Required courses comprise: Foundations of Project Management; Professional Communications; Project Scheduling and Control; Risk Management in Projects and Programs; Negotiating and Conflict Resolution; Program Management: Theory and Practice; and The Human Side of Project Leadership course.
