ThousandEyes is a cloud-based network monitoring tool suitable for large and midsize businesses across all industries. It offers tools to help manage application delivery, view real-time performance data and receive alerts and reports.

Network data monitoring tools include network visualizations that allow users to view loss per interface, latency per link and path changes over time at various points along the network path. Visualizations include enterprise, WAN and internet segments. ThousandEyes can monitor TCP, VoIP, FTP and HTTP-based traffic, as well as remotely-hosted applications and remote-worker performance.

ThousandEyes offers network outage detection, which identifies routing issues and provides users with possible causes for the outage. Routing issues are grouped by country and autonomous system. Users can also configure reports and alerts, view historical data and save events such as configuration changes. ThousandEyes provides visibility into the delivery of any application across any network, so you can troubleshoot quickly, reduce churn and offer exceptional digital experiences.

ThousandEyes delivers insight that enables users to see and understand network performance beyond the boundaries of the traditional WAN. ThousandEyes embeds a very powerful and customizable alerting system. Alert Rules can be created and tailored on customer needs, then assigned to tests. For customers who want simplicity in alert configuration and management, the ThousandEyes platform ships with default Alert Rules configured and enabled for each test. Derive intelligence from a wide variety of vantage points.

Unify previously siloed network, device and application performance data into the objective truth. ThousandEyes has provided users with visibility into global network status that has routinely reduced troubleshooting time.
