Streamline shipping is a full- featured, inter-continental shipping ERP application. Streamline Shipment management module enables you to track and manage shipments by Air, Rail, Container, Roll on/Roll off (RORO) and others, all in a single platform.
On this module you can specify ship dates/time, arrival dates/time, shipping instructions and any necessary documents. Streamline runs on a complete intermodal system and an extensive database fully integrated with AESDirect to give you full access to each shipment/cargo from point of origin to its final destination. Streamline Container management comes with standard industry containers preloaded- dimensions and weights included.
This simplifies container handling as you can easily label each container with its contents and any special instructions. Streamline Account & Contact management module allows you to efficiently manage and maintain accounts of prospects, vendors, and clients, complete with pertinent information such as contacts, billing, shipping addresses and other necessary information. Streamline Purchase Order management module allows you to specify delivery date, item identification, quantities, shipping terms, payment terms, and all other conditions.
Streamline Quote Management allows you to provide accurate and detailed quotes to your clients. With its Pricebook feature, shipment information such as destinations, containers and items can be automatically entered for repeat clients saving time and reducing human error. Streamline Item management allows you to customize each shipment for each client.
With the Pricebook feature, you have the ability to enter items and pricing specific to each client, carrier or region. Streamline Invoicing module allows you to convert any existing purchase order or quote into an invoice. With its In-House financial information section, you can access all financial information of each shipment. With the Payment Tracking module, you can monitor the payment history of each client, apply payments of all types, and set payment terms. Once payments are applied, invoices are automatically updated and presented to your client.
