SimpleHRM offers features such as report and statistic generation, intuitive interface, static and dynamic date management, employee expense claim management, supports multi-location companies, highly configurable, workflow and functionality control, reminder alert and notification settings, employee personal information and job details tracking tools, designed to simplify administrative activities, employee resource management and utilization functionality, administrative support, CV management capabilities, employee leave and time-off request process automation.
SimpleHRM is designed to help users to streamline their employee resources and improve inner workings of their organization, by providing their HR staff to deliver a fast and effective HRM solution. SimpleHRM’s employee info module maintains all the employee related information such as employee’s personal information, salary details, employee benefits details and assigned company properties where the information captured in this module is utilized by all other modules, thus eliminating data redundancy.
SimpleHRM’s employee profile covers personal information, emergency contacts, manager and reportees, education details, salary, benefits, leave scheme, company properties, dependents, previous employment history and issued letters. SimpleHRM’s dashboard module provides information about reminders, recent activities and quick actions. SimpleHRM also has a travel module which automates the tour and travel management records of employees where employees are given the flexibility to submit travel details and view tour details as and when they are required which the managers may approve or reject within the system immediately.
