Ikrut takes a short time to hire, up to 50% less the normal time it would take other recruiters, and cuts hiring costs by up to 40%. Ikrut provides some codes to corporates so that any jobs that are add on their Ikrut account instantly appears on their cooperate website.
With Ikrut, it is easy to get real time lists of jobs on different careers, this helps to achieve the goal of coordinating all applications in one place. Video profiles allow recruiters to save time of hiring because candidates are easily vetted them from their video profiles. Ikrut system has a lot of amazing functionalities; there is no need to rely on emails and spreadsheets to coordinate recruitment.
Ikrut has free and premium versions, the free version allows for as much as activities as a recruiter may want at no cost and can add as many jobs as needed, with as many users as needed and receive as many applications as for free. The premium version however, is an upgrade of the free version. The functionality has a much larger range of premium tools, the premium plus has even much more functionality.
Jobs published on Ikrut can be edited and changes made takes upto 24hrs to be reflected on any job boards. With Ikrut it is possible to create as many employee records as on the HR portal. Ikrut has set up known APIs needed to hook into the systems where data needs to go into, it provides for tools that help in populating candidates’ record to the HR and possibly finance and payroll systems. Ikrut powerful analytics tools produce aggregate reports and analysis of who is applying and the job that is being applied for and from the exact source.
