The program aims to bring out exemplary HR professionals with diverse skills to curb challenges in this profession. A comprehensive curriculum and practicum has been put in place to give both conventional and unique skills in line with the technological changes and the high competition in this profession. Master of HR gives its students 45-credits to be completed within sixteen months; Human Resources Core (27 credits), Human Resources internship (6 credits) Business Foundation Electives (12 credits). This program ensures adept HR persons with the detailed learning related to HR professions such as management of compensation, Labor relations, Human resource metrics and research methods. Knowledge of financial policies as well as Business strategy is inculcated in the curriculum. The program embraces changes in today’s workplace hence combine both traditional and digital strategies, giving its students added advantage in the fast-changing world. The students are thoroughly trained by proficient lecturers. In addition, the eight to twelve week internship gives the students first -hand experience and exposure in the chosen field. Skills are learnt as all theory learnt in class is put into practice. The internships are provided by the school to ensure hands on the ground experience for its students. The students are also equipped with diverse knowledge from different expert speakers invited by the school, relevant to their profession.
