Less Accounting is a robust accounting software for business owners which provides a suite of simple accounting workflows, automation helpers and simple reports. Less Accounting offers features such as expenses by project, expenses by income type, expenses by category, reminders of due expenses, profit and loss report, balance sheet, fixed assets, liabilities, wage reports, chart of accounts, receivables reports and payables reports.

Less Accounting lets users see who owes them money and bill them, see where they are spending money and record and categorize expenses and then invite their tax professional to Less Accounting to download the information they need. Less Accounting lets users quickly and easily track all of their business expenses, put their expenses into categories, add notes to them, mark them as paid or due, and even upload a picture of their receipt with each expense.

Less Accounting lets users send online invoices to any of their contacts, and track payments when they receive them. Users can also set up invoices to reoccur whenever they need, and they can even accept payments for invoices via Paypal. Less Accounting also lets users customize their invoices with Less Accounting’s powerful template engine.

Less Accounting also lets users quickly make simple workflows with accounting tasks in minutes instead of hours. Less Accounting integrates with thousands of domestic US banks and a few hundred international banks and also have the ability to upload QIF and QFX files. Less Accounting’s reporting tools lets users create custom reports and filter them by date, client and tags where users can also keep track of their accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
