Eclipse PPM drives execution, management, and project prioritization while improving resource utilization, communication, and collaboration among stakeholders, project managers, and team members.

Eclipse PPM offers features such as Executives & Portfolio Managers, Resource Managers, Project Managers, Project Resources, Intake, Prioritization, Selection, Execution, Project overview, Schedules, Financials, Risks, issues and documents. Eclipse PPM’s intuitive project management interface makes it easy to plan and manage simple projects, but scales very well for complex projects as well.

Eclipse PPM offers The ‘My Eclipse’ dashboard which is designed to bring together all vital project information in a single dashboard made specifically for project managers and resources. Eclipse PPM enables a project manager or PMO to subjectively rate the health of projects across up to ten different project dimensions like cost and schedule. Eclipse PPM’s access control model provides PMOs with the capability to restrict permissions to project status changes to a small group of key decision makers.

Eclipse PPM provides flexibility in financial planning and tracking by providing a high level of detail with annual budgets at a category level and lower levels of detail with monthly budgets at a line item level. Eclipse PPM also allows the user to assign resources to a task by providing a fixed percentage of the duration of the task or the estimated effort in hours where resources can be assigned in the same way to phases, milestones or the project overall. Eclipse PPM allows the user to view planned and actual efforts and costs expended by resource and in total directly from the schedule view.
