Datalliance helps the user optimize supply chain interactions between manufacturers and distribution partners like never before. Datalliance offers services such as Vendor Managed Inventory, Special Pricing Reconciliation and Heavy Duty Exchange.

Datalliance integrates easily with existing ERP systems and does all the heavy lifting to ensure users are quickly connected to the trading partners. Datalliance delivers the full range of Vendor Managed Inventory capability which is highly effective for any product mix, has the power to support any replenishment model, and is scalable to any number of locations and because it is delivered via the Internet using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, Datalliance VMI requires no additional information technology staff or equipment to support the VMI program.

Datalliance also offers Special Pricing Reconciliation which is a collaborative service that works as an independent 3rd party to streamline reconciliation of special pricing agreements for both suppliers and distributors. Datalliance also offers Heavy Duty Exchange which is the industry standard for EDI and related e-commerce functions in the heavy duty vehicle aftermarket.

Datalliance’s Security outlines the multilayered approach in place to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the user’s customer’s data. Datalliance integrates with the customer at two interface points: an interactive end-user application, and through automated file transfer. The Datalliance application interface is entirely web-based, and uses software that is standard on most enterprise desktops. Datalliance receives product activity data in the form of either EDI 852/INVRPT, XML, or a flat file from the customer’s distributors, and generate a purchase order for delivery to the customers in either EDI 850/875/ORDERS or flat file format.
