Calson School Of Management, University of Minnesotta's Master of Science in Finance Program imparts advanced tools used in businesses and financial markets to prepare leaders to interpret and act on complex financial information. The program is designed for early career professionals to transition into or accelerate their careers in corporate finance, security analysis and portfolio management, investment and commercial banking, risk management, and more. The MS in Finance program combines financial theory, quantitative and computational methods, and real-world applications. Students will complete a rigorous graduate-level curriculum that spans finance concepts and business fundamentals. This one-year program begins in July (summer) each year, and consists of three intensive semesters. The Graduate Business Career Center (GBCC) at the Carlson School connects outstanding future business leaders with a variety of organizations across industries, sectors, and locations. Through a wide range of services, the GBCC assists Carlson School students with all aspects of their career development, and connects students with top companies in Minnesota, across the United States, and around the world.
