Active Agenda is a web application for the management of rid. It is designed to support operational risk management in an organization and it is optimized for high reliability organizations. It is also a highly iterative, rapidly customizable, collaborative communication framework. The idea behind this software is simply to collect more data, identify it, understand and address problems.
Active Agenda addresses staggering number of topics and is rapidly customizable to suit the needs of virtually any organization, of any size and in any industry. Part of its usefulness is also that it is ideal for helping organizations transition from reactive to an active operating culture. It is an open source and a browser based multi-user enabled software. It include approximately 100 modules covering areas of the operational risk management process. Active Agenda utilises a custom code generator called (Spec 2 app).
This app processor converts specifications written in XML into integrated Active Agenda modules utilizing PHP and MySQL. The code generator enables rapid development of extensions to the core application and simplifies customization, support and maintenance. Active Agenda is simple and straight forward. Features built in to smoothly handle not only appointments, but meetings, wait lists, workshops and more.
All Active Agenda network connection are encrypted allowing you to securely access your schedule from anywhere. With a function first interface and high performance built-in makes Active Agenda being able to scale up to hundreds of thousand of appointments and keep up with even the busiest offices.
