Inventory Track

Inventory Track enables users to easily track all inventory in the users’ store and warehouse. Inventory Track offers features Manage and track inventory levels, Restock E-mail Notification, detailed inventory records, 1D and 2D bar codes or UHF EPC Gen 2 RFID chip and Inventory Track on Windows Pro tablets.

Inventory Track lets users manage supply and inventory levels and receive alerts when supplies levels are running low where users can scan an item’s UPC barcode and allocate its consumption to a user or department to keep re-order information at users’ fingertips. Inventory Track enables users to automatically print labels for newly received inventory by adding 1D and 2D barcodes with extensive formatting and error checking options or by encoding RFID tags with EPC Gen 2 UHF chips.

Inventory Track lets users generate reports on inventory added, removed, adjusted for a given time period and users can also generate reports on inventory below restock level. Inventory Track also connects to an existing inventory or accounting database or export the users’ records to use with third party applications. Inventory Track lets users receive automatic e-mail notifications whenever inventory stock falls below restock level.

Inventory Track lets users maintain detailed inventory records and track critical inventory information such as inventory type, serial number, part number, supplier and cost. In addition to running Inventory Track on a desktop PC, users can also run Inventory Track on Windows Pro tablets. Inventory Track can import records from or connect in real-time to most ODBC / OLE DB compatible databases.
