These newsflashes are helping employees to celebrate success. For example, each time an employee close a deal, information about this deal need to be entered into Salesforce, then employee can personalize newsflash by uploading a photo and writing a thank you note.
After that a personal newsflash will be broadcasted on company’s TV and all managers and teammates will receive notification about it so the performance can be celebrated.
