The program is designed for senior leaders with increasing responsibility in managing people, projects, and budgets. The program broadens and refines your management skills and thinking, enabling you to contribute more substantively to your organization and society. It equips students with; Business fundamentals, proficiency, and confidence; Analytical, data driven problem solving skills; Strategic leadership skills and exposure; and gives you a competitive advantage through unique understanding of public policy in the country and abroad. Classes meet twice a month, on Fridays and Saturdays at ASU’s Temple campus. The EMBA curriculum delivers insights across the spectrum of business and management foundations. Leadership courses examine the issues leaders face from initial concept to final implementation of organizational value creation. The W.P Carey School’s approach to learning utilizes a variety of methods including case studies, role plays, and simulations, to ensure you develop high level skills and confidence across the major business disciplines. This programs curriculum also emphasizes ethical, high impact leadership, developing and sustaining a competitive advantage, how to interpret and use data for decision making and requisite soft skills needed for senior leaders. The capstone strategy course is a unique feature that gives you an opportunity to address business challenges in your own organization. EMBA program encourages strategic thinking and closely examines your business and current role in a more tactical way.
