Account Edge is a full-featured powerful small business accounting software for the Mac and Windows desktop which manages the users’ bank accounts, balances, and account numbers, and keep track of the users’ annual budget.

Account Edge offers basic version with features such as banking, sales, general ledger and accept credit cards while Account Edge pro version has features such as banking, sales, general ledger, accept credit cards, payroll and time billing, inventory and purchases and networkable. Account Edge also offers add ons such as process payroll, telephone support, workstation licenses, Account Edge web pay, Account Edge connect, credit card processing, checks and forms, training guides and third party integrations such as Shopify, Rerun and Checkout.

Account Edge also provides new features for 2017 such as new command center window, lead tracking, create copy, serialized inventory, commission tracking, profitability, void check, purge quotes, historical reports, search by card, reset system date, new fields & filters, advanced filtering, updated job report, hide inactives, job reporting & splitting jobs, transaction journal, invoice & purchase pdf naming, adding vendors to invoices as a salesperson, logging out active users (network edition only), consolidated journal entries, returns and credit memos, improved jobs reporting, returns and credit memos, improved jobs reporting, document management, retainers, escrow and trust accounts, improved bank statement import, batch delete, expanded tax code field, change orders, sales & purchases notes, billing rate reports, updated financial statements and track mileage.

Account Edge Mobile is a free companion app for AccountEdge Pro where users can add or edit customers and jobs, monitor inventory quantities, create sales, enter activity slips, record expenses, track mileage and manage receivables, all from any iOS device.

The time billing makes it easy for you to track employee hours with timesheets, create activity slips and timesheets, track work in progress, build an invoice from a tracked time, and create rate levels by employee, customer, and activity.
