Agile Deployment of Predictive Solutions using Zementis : Zementis, provides software solutions for predictive analytics. The PMML based solutions from Zementis are ADAPA and UPPI. ADAPA is a scoring engine based on industry standards for structuring predictive models. It is a stand alone application that offers an intuitive user interface, simplifying the user experience when running predictive analytics queries. UPPI is a product that offers the same functionality as ADAPA, but which is packaged as a plug-in tool for industry-leading analytics and data warehouse programs. As an embedded piece of functionality within these programs, UPPI integrates with the core analytics or data warehouse program, offering a seamless capability for integrating predictive analytics into other analytics workflows.

ADAPA supports multiple data mining vendors for predictive model building, both commercial and open source tools including IBM SPSS, KNIME, Python, R and SAS. ADAPA supports both batch and real time scoring. ADAPA is Adaptive Decision and Predictive Analytics. It’s a scoring engine for predictive analytics which uses predictive models to score data. ADAPA delivers precise insights into customer behaviour, market dynamics, security risks and sensor information and facilitates informed decision making based on quantitative logic and insights. ADAPA employs the Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML) standard to import and deploy predictive models and allows data science teams to rapidly transform analytical models into operational tools for business users. It offers a simple, intuitive and dynamic user interface in the form of a Web-based console and centralizes predictive analytics activities for users, allowing user to score data either by single record or across multiple records , multiple-record processing support enables batch-mode or on-demand.

ADAPA supports a wide range of predictive modeling techniques, including Association Rules, Decision Trees for classification and regression, Neural Network Models such as Back-Propagation, Radial- Basis Function, and Neural-Gas. Also Support Vector Machines for regression, binary and multi-class classification, Linear and Logistic Regression (binary and multinomial), Naïve Bayes Classifiers, General and Generalized Linear Models, Cox Regression Models, Rule Set Models (flat decision trees), Restricted Boltzmann Machines, Clustering Models: Distribution-Based, Center- Based, and 2-Step Clustering, Scorecards (including support for reason codes and point allocation for categorical, continuous and complex attributes), Multiple Models: Model Composition, Segmentation, Chaining, Cascade and Ensemble, including Random Forest Models and Boosted Trees. ADAPA also simplifies and streamlines data pre-and post-processing, by implementing the definition of a data dictionary, automating values handling (missing, outlier and invalid values), and performing various other data transformation tasks, including: Value Mapping , Discretization, Normalization, Scaling, Logical and Arithmetic Operators .
