SPOTIO offers features such as customize to the user’s business, appointment calendar & scheduling, import lists, rep management, team chat, report builder, lead machine, sales dashboard and territory management.

SPOTIO can scale with the user’s growth from individuals to franchises. The user can make SPOTIO work by incorporating the user’s sales process into the app and determine what data the user wants to track and set up specific “statuses” and “fields” into SPOTIO to record that information. So as reps knock doors, the information most important to the user’s sales process and company can be filled in, making these data to always be at the user’s fingertips.

SPOTIO’s calendar feature empowers users to create appointments right in the calendar tool for themselves and other team members to see busy and available times for anyone on users’ team and book appointments accordingly.

SPOTIO’s importing tool allows outside CSV files to be imported directly into SPOTIO, so the user can drop PINS into the user’s account in bulk which allows the user to keep lists of past customers and potential prospects mapped for easy engagement and also engage or re-engage with the user’s imported lists by assigning them to sales reps to knock their doors.

SPOTIO’s also provides a location verification tool tags for each reps’ location as pins are dropped and either: Verified – tracks the sales rep within a 300 foot (100 yard) radius of the address of a dropped pins; OR Un-Verified – sales rep was not tracked within the 300 foot radius.
