OneSoft Connect is a business management application that helps companies organize customers, relationships, people, and projects. All functions and features are available through a standard web browser, with no other software or downloads necessary.
OneSoft Connect can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise. There is no need to install anything. Information can be accessed from anywhere, from any device; laptop, tablet or smartphone. Information in OneSoft Connect is stored in datasheets; each sheet has a relevant title, such as Employees, Projects, or Contacts and items that can be defined as a simple list or more strictly as a structured list, with specific selections providing distinct details.
Important information for a datasheet is summarized in a dashboard that provides information about the number of items in the datasheet, including when new items were added and by whom, when items in the datasheet were last modified, and which user made the modifications.
OneSoft provides several predefined datasheets for essential business needs. Templates exist for customer relationship management, HR management, contract and customer management, IT asset management, risk management, and various other applications. Administrators can customize various company-wide OneSoft attributes. For reporting, export data by item to an .XLS file for review and further processing in a spreadsheet program. OneSoft encrypts all data not directly in use. All web pages moving between OneSoft servers and customers are encrypted using HTTP over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The software maintains audit trails of all user and administrative activities. All retired information removed from active use is kept online, not deleted.
