Other software make claims that they analyze data. But they Do NOT really- if anything they organize data. Raven’s Eye is based in sound method and analysis offers me the ability to provide accurate findings in research and in my conference presentations. I suggest that people check it out. They are very friendly and responsive at Raven’s Eye. I had a very large data set- I was worried the size of my data would be a problem. But is was not. The analysis took seconds. I 100% suggest people use Raven’s Eye.

While it has many of the features of other qualitative data analysis software, Raven's Eye actually analyzes data! The other QDA software packages rely on users to read through the data, identify, open code, and then categorize themes, all of which not only takes forever to do and risks positive co-worker relations, but often results in questionable results with respect to reliability and validity. Raven's Eye automated analyses eliminate the headaches produced by using the other software packages, and produces results in a fraction of the time that other software programs require.

It simply leaves the others behind in terms of its automation, ease of use, and it's time and stress saving ability to eliminate hours and days of potentially faulty human labor involved in transcribing, reading, open coding, and then categorizing data. I was able to analyze and produce themes that preserve the voice of the customer from among hundreds of responses, in a matter of minutes (faster than I could have read the responses in the first place).

I'll absolutely be renewing my subscription, and recommend it to others who are conducting interviews, focus groups, telephonic surveys, or other studies in which participants provide responses to open-ended questions. Though I didn't use it for it, the software can also be used by those interested in analyzing themes in archival data, like books, and other documents.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I’ve been a past user of other QDA software programs, such as Atlas.ti and NVivo, but Raven’s Eye by far surpasses them all. I am now able to analyze projects in minutes, when they previously would have taken days or weeks to do so. The reduction in stress, time, and monetary expenditures makes this software program stand out from the others.
Cut down on cost substantially I have been able to get results in a fraction of the time it took before. I can analyze data and show a professional graphics to my boss in the next hour. This is making my job much easier.

I am using this software to analyze customer feedback both, pos and a monthly customer satisfaction survey. It is really easy to use. Follow along instructions make it easy to not get lost. They offer trainings and manuals but it was easy and intuitive enough to figure out just by doing it.
