It functions as a document management solution, enabling users to email, scan, or upload documents into the system; and assign them to a transaction. It also allows staff to check the working documents and to email agents about missing docs, signatures, pages. Paperless Pipeline, offers a commission management system that simplifies and automates the calculation of broker and agent commissions and allows the generation of production reports.
The software is regarded as user friendly, enabling non-tech savvy real estate agents to use the system easily. The commission module of Paperless Pipeline is a feature that eliminates the use of Excel Spreadsheets in tracking of broker and agent commissions. When a transaction involves multiple agents, the commission engine of Paperless Pipeline helps users to easily calculate the commission splits.
Paperless Pipeline’s commission module also highlights the creation of production reports. These reports will show the volume of pending sales and the volume of closed listings per agent. The operations managers of real estate groups will also be able to send reports to their agents, showing them the total number of their closed transactions, gross and net commissions, and sales volume.
Meanwhile, the transaction management feature of the software saves time and accelerates communication. To be able to efficiently review documents, the software is built with checklist templates.
These checklist templates are configurable, so users will be able to add all the document names or tasks that need to be checked as they review transactions. Users can communicate with their team and send emails to outside parties straight from the transaction section.
