Aegis FactoryLogix R3 for Industry 4.0 and IoM

FactoryLogix is an integrated suite of software modules and devices that adapt to and improve every aspect of your manufacturing operations.. This 3rd release of their flagship solution embraces the principles of Industry 4.0 and IoM (Internet of Manufacturing) including resource scheduling, configure to order (CTO) and a standardized machine communication technology.

The latest version adds a native, factory-wide material logistics module that fully integrates with their existing suite of new product introduction, manufacturing execution, and analytics systems.

FactoryLogix Logistics module features include: materials receiving and labeling; incoming quality control; material kitting and dispatch; material position tracking; MSD handling and bake management; resource scheduling; material reservation; shop floor material handling and traceability; part replenishment and reorder.

The new version incorporates an entirely re-designed Logistics module based on the same technology framework as the NPI, Production and Analytics modules found in FactoryLogix, replacing the solution’s previous integration with the diplan software suite.

New and enhanced features in FactoryLogix R3 include:
