Engage.Social offers features such as Customized Branding, Branded Share Button, Share to Multiple Networks, Trending Content, Visitor Analytics and Score, Widget code for any website, Integration with WordPress Plugins, # of Widgets, Visitor Influencer Score, Analytics Overview – Visitor Shares, Content Analytics, Social Network Analytics, Shared Content & Comments Stream, Smart Admin, # of Admin users, Content Management, Campaign Workflow and User Interface: approve, browse and curate. The Publisher Application is your dashboard to manage, analyze and browse how visitors share content using the solution.
This is available as a web application via the website. The Publisher Application also has 3 main parts – Home, Browse and Manage where the Home page provides access to analytics from user’s Smart Share widget activity, the Browse page displays all content shared via the Smart Share widget and the comments made while sharing while the Manage menu has the links for the different customization options such as Manage Users and Manage Widget. Social Smart Share also provides the Score widget which is a customizable widget that helps get visitors to sign in to user’s Influencer program. The Score widget displays a leaderboard of the visitors’ Influencer Score. The Influencer Score is dependent on factors such as the number of shares and number of likes received. The Engage.Social browser plugin is only supported on Chrome and Firefox.
