The first-generation challenges that are addresses include complicated requisition approval process making organizations purchase outside P2P systems, users struggling with difficult to use tools, difficulty to locate and order products and services needed and low adoption and compliance to implement P2P. Zycus guided buying innovation closes compliance blind spot for off-catalog requisitions which account for 30% of all requisitions in a typical procure to pay deployment. This enables for both higher levels of buying and processes compliance.
